At Alawa, we go to great lengths to make every piece of clothing perfect for your body, and every body is unique. That is why from the design, the materials, the preparation, and also the logistics in the shipment, we seek your comfort.
We want to help you have your Alawa garments in an easy, agile and environmentally responsible way.

Below, we detail our shipping, exchange and return policy, with the intention of facilitating the purchase process on our website as much as possible.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

National: Our shipments within Spain for purchases over €60 are made FREE on working days in Spain from Monday to Friday (except the Canary Islands, where €10 shipping cost will always be charged). Orders that are confirmed after 14:00 p.m. (GMT + 1), on the current day, will be processed the next day. Some specific promotions do not include the “free shipping” service, in which case it will be specified in the promotion.

The delivery time for free shipping is 24-72 hours (within peninsular Spain it usually takes 24 hours).
DUA or other customs fees are at the buyer's expense, if applicable.

International: International shipments of purchases made from outside of Spain are done for FREE. Working days in Spain from Monday to Friday. Orders that are confirmed after 14:00 p.m. (GMT + 1), on the current day, will be processed the next day.

Delivery times vary, depending on the destination. Customs tax expenses (DUA, etc.) vary by country and area, and they are not included in the shipment, they are borne by the buyer if they are applied.

EXPRESS SERVICE (24 hrs.)
By selecting the "express delivery" (only for the Iberian Peninsula), you ensure that your shipment will be served within 24 hours. The cut-off time for shipments to go out the same day they are made is 14:00 p.m.
The express shipping service has a cost of € 6.

CHANGES

If the item is in perfect condition, You can return your purchase made in our online store within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order, for a refund or exchange. Except promotions or special offers that so specify. To make the change of size or product, simply contact our customer service (info@alawa.es / support@alawa.es), and we will manage the collection of the garment to be changed at your home as well as the sending of the new one.

Alawa bears the shipping costs for FIRST CHANGE of the product, within Peninsular Spain. In case of second changes or more, and changes from outside of Peninsular Spain, the shipping costs will be assumed by the customer. In any of the situations, send us an email to the email support@alawa.es and we will gladly manage the changes of your order. The rates for changes in the second instance and for those made from outside Spain are the following:

CANARY ISLANDS: €10 (per section)
EUROPEAN COMMUNITY: €20 (per section)
REST OF THE WORLD: €50 (per section)

For hygienic reasons, in each of our garments, you will see that a protection device prevents them from being worn. It is a small plastic strip that cannot be broken or removed in case you want to return the garment. Whether it is a private order or a gift, it is ESSENTIAL that these types of products keep this piece of plastic.

The exchanged items will be reshipped once we receive your order in our warehouse, and it passes our quality control. In order to make an exchange or refund, the returned product must be in its original conditions: without any type of use, with its original labels, packaging and additions intact. Any indication of use will mean that the change cannot be made.

If in the meantime we run out of stock of the returned item, we will offer you a coupon code or any of the products from our store within the same price range.

If the change is made for a different product and there are price differences, a transfer or charge will be required on the customer's card for higher amounts. In the case of products exchanged for others of lesser amounts, a coupon code will be generated in favor of the customer, and / or the replacement by any of the products in our store of the same price range, as indicated.

REFUNDS FOR RETURNS

The term for the return of a purchase is 15 calendar days from receipt of the product. In order for the garment to be returned, it must be unused, the hygienic sticker not removed and both the garment and its packaging in perfect condition.

To make a return from Spain, simply notify us through our multiple communication channels (support@alawa.es, info@alawa.es, or the direct online service chat on our website). We will gladly manage your return. To make the return you should not go anywhere or print any label, we will go to your home to pick up the package.

The procedure is very simple. You must place the garment to be returned in the box where you received it and wrap it with a bag or paper so that the packaging does not get damaged.

The credit to be returned will be applied automatically to the credit card with which the purchase was made within 10 business days following receipt and inspection of your order.

We will refund the money paid when making the purchase less the shipping cost, the shipping cost rates are as follows:

SPAIN: €5 (per section)
CANARY ISLANDS: €10 (per section)
PORTUGAL: €8 (per section)
EUROPEAN COMMUNITY: €20 (per section except Portugal)
REST OF THE WORLD: €50 (per section)

This means, for example, that in a purchase worth €100 within Spain (except the Canary Islands), €90 will be refunded when it is returned. The €100 of the purchase that includes free shipping minus the €5 for the outward leg and the €5 for the return leg of the item that is returned.

Purchases made of products on sale or with discount coupons DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS.
