At Alawa, we try our best so that every item is perfect for your body, and each body is unique. Our customers’ comfort is our aim, thus the design and making of the garments and its shipping logistics accompany such aim. We also want to help you obtain your Alawa swimsuits in an easy and agile way.

Below, you can read about our Shipping and Returns and Exchanges Policies, so that the purchasing process is as clear as possible.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

National: within Spain, with a minimum purchase of 60€, shipping is no cost to you from Monday-Friday (business days only), as long as the order is confirmed before 12pm GMT+1.
Standard delivery usually takes 24-48 hrs to arrive, after the order has been placed and confirmed.
If you need your order to be expedited, you can select the ‘Express Shipping’ option and you will receive it within 24hrs (if the order is confirmed before 12pm GMT+1) after the order has been placed and confirmed. The cost of such service is 5 € (see our destinations and rates chart). Express orders are delivered at the indicated destination before 8pm of the following day.

Internationalour international shipments are free of charge as well, with a minimum purchase of 120€, from Monday-Friday (Spanish business days only), as long as the order is confirmed before 12pm GMT+1. This does not apply to any pre-sale item or items with any type of discount; in these cases, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Delivery times may vary, depending on the destination. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. // You will receive further information on delivery terms and customs fee, once you add your desired item to the purchase bag.

RETURNS

If the item is in impeccable conditions, it can be returned and/or exchanged within a maximum of 20 business days, as from the day you received your order. This applies to orders all around the world, and with any type of items (except on-sale items).

Alawa takes care of the shipping costs of the FIRST EXCHANGE within Peninsular Spain. If you are returning/exchanging an item for the second time, or more, and you are not a Spanish resident, the shipping costs will be charged to you. In any case, you can send us an email at support@alawa.es and we will be glad to handle your request.

Due to hygiene reasons, each of our items have protection device that prevents people from using them. This small plastic strap cannot be removed or torn if you wish to return or exchange it. Weather it is a personal purchase or a gift, it is INDISPENSABLE that the plastic strap is kept.

Exchanged articles will be resent once your package arrives at our warehouses and goes through quality control. In order to return or exchange an item, this must be in its original conditions; unworn, with its corresponding tags attached and intact packaging. Any evidence of use will not allow the desired return/exchange and the shipping costs will be charged to you.
If, in the meantime, we run out of stock of the returned item, we will provide a voucher code or offer any of our items from our store within the same price range.

In case the exchanged item has a higher price, you will have to provide us with a credit card or make a bank transfer for the remaining difference. When the exchanged item has a lower price, we will issue a voucher code that our customer will be able to use in our store, or/and we can substitute it with any of our products within the same price range, as instructed.

REFUNDS

Once we have received, processed and examined your item, we will issue a refund. Your credit card or chosen payment method will automatically be credited within 10 business days after the examination of your package.
If, by any reason, your request is rejected, we will contact you directly to solve your problem.
Please note that when returning a item, the original shipping cost paid by Alawa will be deducted from the refundable sum (see shipping rates for different regions/countries).
Alawa does not take responsibility for the shipping costs of returned items, but we can help you to resend them to our offices. In these cases, you can send us an email at support@alawa.es and we will gladly handle the return/exchange.
