At Alawa, we do everything we can to make each garment perfect for your body, and each body is unique. That is why from the design, the preparation and the logistics in the shipment of each garment, we look for your comfort. We also want to help you have your Alawa garments easily and quickly.
Below, we detail our shipping, exchange and return policy, with the intention of facilitating as much as possible the purchasing process on our Website.
National: Our shipments within Spain for purchases over € 60 are made FREE of charge on working days in Spain from Monday to Friday (except the Canary Islands, where € 8 shipping cost will always be charged). Orders that are confirmed after 14:00 (GMT + 1) on the current day will be processed the next day. Some specific promotions do not include the “free shipping” service, in that case it will be specified in the promotion.
The delivery time for free shipping is 24-72 hours (within peninsular Spain it usually takes 24 hours).
DUA or other customs fees are at the buyer's expense, if applicable.
International: Our international shipments for purchases from € 120, are made FREE of charge on weekdays in Spain from Monday to Friday. Orders that are confirmed after 14:00 (GMT + 1) on the current day will be processed the next day. Some specific promotions do not include the “free shipping” service, in that case it will be specified in the promotion.
Delivery times vary, depending on the destination. Customs tax expenses (DUA, etc.) vary by country and area, and they are not included in the shipment, they are borne by the buyer if they are applied.

ZONE E: South Africa + rest African countries.
If the item is in perfect condition, you can return your purchase within a maximum period of 30 business days from the day you receive your order, for a refund or exchange. Except promotions or special offers that specify it. To make the change in size or product, simply contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com), and we will manage the collection of the garment to be changed at your address as well as the shipment of the new one.
Alawa is responsible for the shipping costs for the FIRST CHANGE of the product, within Peninsular Spain. In case of second changes or more, and changes from outside Peninsular Spain, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In any of the situations, send us an email to the mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly manage the changes of your order.
For hygienic reasons, in each of our garments, you will see that a protection device prevents them from being worn. It is a small plastic strip that cannot be broken or removed in case you want to return the garment. Whether it is a private order or a gift, it is ESSENTIAL that these types of products keep this piece of plastic.
The changed items will be resent once we receive your order in our warehouse, and pass our quality control. In order to make an exchange or return, the returned product must be in its original conditions: without any use, with its original labels, packaging and additions intact. Any indication of use will mean the non-change of the purchased product and the return costs will be borne by the buyer.
If in the meantime we run out of stock of the returned item, we will offer you a coupon code or any of the products from our store within the same price range.
If the change is made for a different product and there are price differences, a transfer or charge will be required on the customer's card for higher amounts. In the case of products exchanged for others of lesser amounts, a coupon code will be generated in favor of the customer, and / or the replacement by any of the products in our store of the same price range, as indicated.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
To make a return from SpainJust let us know through our multiple communication channels (email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, direct online service chat on our website). We will coordinate the collection of the product at your home in the case of mainland Spain, or we will send you the label to use for the return in the case of the Canary Islands.
The credit will automatically be applied to the credit card with which the purchase was made within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of your order.
We refund 100% of the money paid when making the purchase in national purchases. Outside Spain the shipping costs are discounted, both in the outward and in the return of the product.
For returns from abroad we can manage the shipment of the item by paying the costs that we publish on our website (see shipping cost rates by country / region).
Alawa is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns outside the Spanish territory, but we can manage the shipment of the products you wish to return to our offices. In this case, send us an email to the email email@example.com and we will gladly manage the change or return of your order.
